Interactive Tutorial Step 5 - 1PW2 Example
After choosing clusters, flexibility of side chains will be tested and mapping will be performed across the chosen rotamers. The status page will show all the sidechains and rotamers being tested along with their status and position in the mapping queue.
As mapping all the rotamers takes a long time and this is a tutorial, let’s skip ahead to the completion of the mapping.
