Interactive Tutorial Step 4 - 1PW2 Example
After mapping is complete, you are instructed to choose the crossclusters in the site where you want to test for side chain flexibility. You can either examine them on the site in the JSmol viewer, or you can view them in a molecular viewer of your choosing.
For 1pw2, these clusters are the top ranked cluster of size 14, the third ranked cluster (numbered 002) of size 13, and the fifth ranked cluster (numbered 004) of size 10. Click on these clusters to show them in the viewer and choose them. Once these clusters are chosen, click Submit to start testing for flexibility.

Please choose the crossclusters you would like to use for examining side chain flexibility.
It is frequently easier to use a desktop molecular viewer, e.g. PyMol, to view the results and choose clusters.
